A sake specialty izakaya that focuses on local sake from Nagano Prefecture.
It is run by the owner who loves mountains, telemark skiing, and sake.
The name "Sake to Yuki（Sake and Snow）" comes from the owner's two favorite things.

Izakaya(japanese bar restaurant) is a bar where you can enjoy food and drinks.
A type of Japanese bar in which a variety of small, typically inexpensive dishes and snaks (Tsumami) are served to accompany the alcoholic drinks.
During the chilly season, we offer oden, a traditional Japanese izakaya(pub) dish.
